A very colourfully vivid dish with glistening pearls of olive oil caviar - this combo of fresh cheese, beetroots, walnut, horseradish and raspberry was a stunner.
The soft creaminess of the cheese, the earthiness of the beetroot, the crunchy nuttiness of the walnut, the tang of the fresh raspberry and that pungent kick of horseradish from the ice cream worked in harmonious symphony to play out a wondrous piece of culinary orchestra.
I left a few beet roots in the ground over winter and they kept putting out leaves. Now spring is here and it's got this little flower spike.
The Bloody Beetroots take The Mezzanine off gaurd and seriously almost got shut down by the club!
