Alternate Future Chronicles Part 3: The Paradox Hunters
After Ragnar escapes, Osmund and Jax go to their House. They pull up and stand outside.
Osmund: You Let the PPA agent take our newest paradox.
Jax: I know I messed up.
Osmund: You know what, hand me the house key. You are hereby not allowed to live here anymore, effective immediately.
Jax: But why?
Osmund: KEY, NOW! *holds out hand*
Jax: *hands the house key over* But I thought I was a good roommate.
Osmund: You were, but I'm tired of having you mess up on missions. This was your third mess up. *puts the key in pocket* You're lucky the boss doesn't know about this mess up yet. You're also lucky I lost my gun years ago. I may have saved you back during the war, but I'm done covering for you.
Jax: ok I'll just get a hotel room for a while.*phone rings and looks at it* It's the boss.
Osmund: Well, answer the damn phone.
Jax: *answers the phone* Hello?
Boss: *over the phone* WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?!
Jax: Ow! my ears. *holds the phone out away*
Boss: JUST TELL ME!
Jax: Well, A PPA agent visited the prison and used a bomb to free our newest collected paradox.
Boss: I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO! JUST FIND THAT PARADOX, AND THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE! Be glad I haven't demoted you from the elite rank, Jax.*hangs up phone*
Osmund: ...
Jax: *puts the phone away and screams out in anger*
Osmund: *sarcastically* Sounds like that call went well.
Jax: *manages to have the right forearm down to the claws turn into a wolf claw with the fur*
Osmund: *notices the claw* Looks like you got a partial transformation going on*
Jax: *looks at it* I guess your right *calms down, noticing it revert back* I guess it's progress.
Jax walks away and catches a cab to a car dealership. He gets a nice car and drives to a hotel room, paying for a year in advance.
Meanwhile at the Paradox Protection Agency HQ:
Ragnar: So Anarchy, tell me why you are a paradox.
Aaron: Well I come from 5 years in the future. Right now I'm in the frozen tundra with The Doom Corps, which is a branch of the military. I've been living in this time for 2 years now.
Sorrel: Tell him why you came back. Trust me if He's going to be apart of the PPA, he should know.
Aaron: I came back to stop a top-secret project from launching. I was successful, but in the process, I killed my best friend. Now, I will never meet him while I fight.
Sorrell: Then a Paradox Hunter tried capturing him. I jumped in to save him, and I offered him to join the PPA when we were safe.
Aaron: Then you gave me one of your guns.
Ragnar: I was wondering about his gun. And after giving him the gun, you gave him your backup necklace?
Sorrel: Yes, and now he is protected. Sorry, I don't have another to give you.
Ragnar: It doesn't matter, The Paradox Hunters know what I am.

How to backup your del.icio.us bookmarks in one fell swoop:
Use the URI del.icio.us/api/posts/all, which will prompt you for your user name and password...then will spit out all of your bookmarks and their accompanying data into one .xml file. It's not the shiniest route or result, but still...tah-dah.
