This is the combination of MINI Connected and the backup sensors, warning me there's something behind me on the left.

spent the weekend organising and re-rendering all the source clips of an old video project ("walking with angels", a 4 hour video extravaganza a few friends and i were commissioned to do for london's exclusive "sketch" restaurant/bar). including intermediate clips, the whole thing has been taking up over 150GB on my main PC - so backing up to DVD-Rs would have been a tad impractical. i'm now seriously thinking about getting a dual-layer bluray drive, once they come down in price a notch or two...but in the meantime, doing a double backup onto two separate USB drives seems like a sensible enough plan. still, i'm hesitant to remove the files from my main machine...i'd hate for the project files to accidentally disappear forever...

Monthly backup day for me!

Just wanted to show it off.

That's 5 1GB 'Industrial' CF cards, with cases. Encased in a Monoprice hard case (www.monoprice.com/product?p_id=12180)

Piece of paper underneath the (badly) cut foam insert is 'Emergency' password stuff for a couple old databases I have from previous employers.
