Dopo la pausa pranzo ci aspetta un piacevole intermezzo. Parcheggiate le carrozze passeggeri a Villars-sur-Ollon, la HGe 4/4 accoppia tre carri merci per una breve escursione fino a Barboleuse e ritorno. Un treno merci locale di altri tempi che viene fotografato dal gruppo di interessati sull’Avenue de Arveyes una prima volta.
Nach der Mittagspause erwartet uns ein angenehmes Intermezzo. Nachdem die Personenwagen in Villars-sur-Ollon abgestellt wurden, kuppelt die HGe 4/4 drei Güterwagen für einen kurzen Ausflug nach Barboleuse und zurück. Ein lokaler Güterzug aus einer anderen Zeit wird von der interessierten Gruppe auf der Avenue de Arveyes zum ersten Mal fotografiert.

No its not fake train Friday yet! Despite the very colorful paint scheme this is indeed a real service. Due to the morning failure of the second trainset, the panorama trainset which is normally for special trips was placed into service for the afternoon trips. I had almost decided to head to another destination when in Villars I saw this roll onto the platform. I was elated to get one of the original red scheme BVB motorwagons and rode the service up to Villars sur Ollon where I got off to photograph the return trip.
