Following the image of the BT Tower I added recently, I stepped back a little further (about 8 miles in fact!) to get another capture of it. The sight of so many cranes shows London is constantly evolving.

Anyone who frequents popular wildlife refuges, like Nisqually, knows there's a different crowd on weekends.

I had to wander around a bit to find the "right" photo. This time of year, with a low sun, images can be a bit contrasty.
…..Originally named as ‘Museum Radio Tower’ back when it opened in 1965 - building began in 1961, I wonder how much life is left in it - I for one would not be able to go up it - too darn high for me that’s a fact!!!. Taken a couple of weeks ago on my phone - now who would have believed that in 1965 when Film was very much the photography medium and phones were very much still tethered back at home - we even had 'Party Lines' where houses had to share a phone line!!!! Alan:-)…..

It was raining heavily last night! The rain makes this snake look so shinny and wet.

Specific epithet:

Apenas cuatro meses después de su última aparición por tierras gallegas, hoy, la BT A2 ha vuelto a hacernos una de sus habituales visitas de médico... Lo curioso es que esta vez nos ha dejado dormir, ya que ha venido a media tarde... Así que nos fuimos Alfonso y yo a por ella, y tras casi media hora de espera hizo acto de presencia este bonito Talgo XXI.
En la foto lo vemos reduciendo velocidad a su paso por Uxes camino de A Coruña.

Parece que la llegada de la Alta Velocidad a Granada se acerca. Este es el primero de los trenes de pruebas que se esperan en la ciudad de la Alhambra para esta semana. A ver si estas pruebas tienen continuidad y podemos ver el final de este aislamiento que sufre Granada por más de 3 años ya.
