Ho sognato uno yak. Vivevo con la mia gente negli altopiani dell'Asia, ero protetta dalla famiglia e dalla yurta, la nostra casa. Passavo molto tempo ad ascoltare il vento, come fuggiva da tutti coloro che lo volevano catturare. Allo stesso modo, i miei pensieri non erano tranquilli, sebbene io volessi prendere esempio dallo yak, immobile come una scultura, fermo come un menhir.
Note dolenti: Si può sapere perché sono stati portati in Italia? Per poi, fra qualche anno, doverli "eradicare".? Grande stupidità umana!

I dreamed of a yak. I lived with my people in the highlands of Asia, I was protected by my family and the yurt, our home. I spent a lot of time listening to the wind, how it ran away from all those who wanted to capture it. Likewise, my thoughts were not calm, although I wanted to take example from the yak, as still as a sculpture, as still as a menhir.
Sore points: Can we know why they were brought to Italy? And then, in a few years, having to "eradicate" them? Great human stupidity!

I had to put the camera on the ground in order to take this picture. It was quite a hassle to keep the leaves, branches etc. out of sight.
Back to the summer of 2021
During our summer holiday we did stay a week near the National Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug.
A region and a reserve with a lot to offer, we did enjoy the time spend in this National Park
As usual we didn't leave home without some of our analog gear, one of the Canon Eos 3 cameras was used and loaded with Kentmere Pan 400
Developing is as always done with our Caffenol recipe, Caffenol-C-L at 22c and stand developing for 50 minutes

Vorige week een wandeling door het Haagse Bos gemaakt. Ongelooflijk mooi, foto's halen het niet bij het "origineel". Heel veel foto's gemaakt en een selectie hiervan (5 stuks) op flickr gezet. En dan te bedenken dat je vanaf het Malieveld alleen maar de Utrechtse Baan hoeft over te steken.
Het Haagse Bos op 24 november 2017. Zo laat in het jaar en dan nog zoveel blad aan de boom. Had er al lang af moeten zijn.

Type half open molen,in 1940 gedeeltelijk verwoest door een zware storm,hij werd nooit meer opgebouwd.pas in 1987 werd met het herstel begonnen met enkele onderdelen van de oude molen,in 2011 is de molen hersteld en in 2012 ingezegend,de molen staat in het leenderbos,hij draait nog niet.
Ingescande foto's van deze firma uit ons dorp. bestaat nu nog steeds als Combex Emmer-compascuum. Foto's mogen scannen van weduwe van één van de gebroeders.
Van 1982 - 1992 heb ik in Baarn gewoond, hier liet ik toen dagelijks mijn hond uit. Toen ik er vandaag voor het eerst weer kwam had ik bijna spijt dat ik naar Friesland ben verhuisd.
