O'r trên ar Reilffordd Eryri/ Motorbike - From the train on the Welsh Highland Railway

96 was originally built by Barney & Smith in 1886 as CB&Q B-99. The car would be modified and renumbered to 96. The car was sold to the Intermountain Chapter of the NRHS in the late 1950s. It would be used on various club excursions over the years until it was retired in the early 1970s and moved to the Colorado Railroad Museum. The car has since been restored to its CB&Q appearance.

İbrahim Bey, also known as İbo, is a street vendor in Ankara who specializes in selling Halka Tatlı, a famous sweet treat best made at Adana, Pozant in Turkey. He is from Adana, Pozantı as well.

Halka Tatlısı is a most-sold Turkish dessert enjoyed by both locals and tourists.

In 1492, many Spanish Jews (Sephardims, Judíos sefardíes in Spanish) ) settled in the Galata Kulesi area of Istanbul. They brought with them a delicious dessert known as "churros." Over time, this dessert evolved into a new form and was given the name "hook dessert.

The dessert should be made daily, and even if it stays for a day or so, it should be crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The difference between Churros is that Churros are coated with sugar after they are fried, but Turkish Halka Tatlısı is drenched in sugar syrup.

Whenever you see Tatlıcı İbo in the streets of Çankaya, feel free to indulge in his delicious desserts and engage in a pleasant and friendly conversation with him.

I obtained his consent to share his photo on Flickr and thanked him for it.
