Another conversion finally completed after many months of start / stop progress! This is the Ensignbus Enterprise triaxle decker based on the 80M ADL Enviro 500 diecast.
Commissioned by Ensignbus, the conversion involved cutting and lengthening the donor model, re-configuring to single door arrangement, creating complete new front and rear ends and reprofiling the front roof dome.
Interior seating units were re-used and lengthened to suit with new seats provided where appropriate.
Front windscreens were home-produced using a clear thermoplastic sheet material moulded around a home-made former.
This is a one-off model not to be repeated by myself.
