CSX train B767 works the north end of Cedar Hill yard in North Haven, CT. Soon after this the train would head to Milford. Unfortunately Chris and I missed their run westbound over the New Haven line to get overpriced coffee from the local Starbucks.
Virgin Boeing 747-400 G-VXLG 'Ruby Tuesday' is seen on short finals to Manchester Runway 23R with VS803P Glasgow (GLA) - Manchester (MAN).
The 747 was coming in for storage. She left Manchester for Tel Aviv to begin life as a freighter with Atlas Air in Decemeber 2020.

Cargolux B747 LX-NCL was painted by IAC at Shannon in 1970's retro colours and delivered out to Luxembourg 14/7/20 marking 50 years of airlines history.
Only barely visible in the previous image was this MEA 747, seen at Manchester having diverted in from Heathrow. The Continental and EL AL aircraft remained parked on the taxiways for a while awaiting parking. 08/02/1992.

CSXT B747 arrives at Milford City Carting to drop off 4 empty trash cars, framing the train are the Catenary structures dating back to the days of the New Haven Railroad. This is one of few daytime freight operations on the New Haven line.

The conditions were hit and miss last Sunday, that means when the light hits, it will be damn perfect. A fitting end of the and possibly my last time capturing a KLM Boeing 747-400M in active service at Schiphol Airport. She and and the other "Queens of the Skies" are sadly entering their last week of operations.
