Hiding In The Fog...
This morning there was a heavy misty, white fog that settled all over the quiet streets of Brampton. I headed out as soon as the sun came up.ready for an adventure! the nearby fields were thick with the white mist and the low lying areas were completely socked in. As i made my way through the neighbourhood I began taking pictures of what i saw. this shot of a nearby field shrouded in fog was simply spectacular..

Les Forces de la Montagne, série en hommage au célèbre alpiniste, guide de haute montagne René Desmaison.
Il a parcouru les massifs montagneux du monde entier. Auteur de nombreuses expéditions dans l’Himalaya, les Andes, les Alpes.
Il réalise la premiere voie directe de l’éperon Walker des Grandes Jorasses. Il donne le nom à cette voie « La Voie Goussault aux Grandes Jorasses » en hommage à son compagnon Serge Goussault mort d’épuisement à quelques dizaines de mètre du sommet.

The Forces de la Montagne, series in tribute to the famous mountaineer, mountain guide René Desmaison.
He has travelled the mountains of the whole world. Author of numerous expeditions in the Himalayas, the Andes, the Alps.
He makes the first direct route of the Walker spur of the Grandes Jorasses. He gives the name to this route «La Voie Goussault aux Grandes Jorasses» in homage to his companion Serge Goussault who died of exhaustion a few tens of meters from the summit.

This morning I headed out very early, as overnight a light dusting of fresh snow had fallen. there was a white coating of snow on everything.
The sun rose between the trees and blasted its brilliant light upon the waking earth.

Snow Beyond The Thistles...
This morning the skies were turbulent with thick heavy snow clouds, snow began falling in the early morning hours and persisted throughout the day leaving thick white deep snow everywhere.
just before noon Karen and I headed out to our favorite conservation area to get a few shots.
This shot is of Thistles blowing in the winter wind.

Je marche au long des côtes du Morbihan, de Quiberon à la pointe de Kerpenhir ou encore sur la plage de Kervillen.
Se frotter à l’infini de l’océan, ressentir l’appel de l’horizon à travers mon appareil photo.
Le noir et blanc accentue cet appel du large, favorisant l’imagination du voyage.

Hampton Court Palace is a Grade I listed royal palace in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, 12 miles southwest and upstream of central London on the River Thames.
The building of the palace began in 1514 and went on to become one of Henry VIII’s most favoured residences. Along with St James' Palace, it is one of only two surviving palaces out of the many the king owned. The palace is currently in the possession of King Charles III and the Crown.
In the following century, King William III's massive rebuilding and expansion work, which was intended to rival the Palace of Versailles, destroyed much of the Tudor palace.
