Visited a local pawn shop to find a cheap, temporary woodworking tool for a project. Ended up going home with a (fabulous) Nikon F 35mm film camera. Price too good to pass up.

Minoltas top of the line model from the 90s. The 9xi was very advanced for its time and its shutter is ultrafast. It features 1/12.000s as shortest time and 1/300s as flash-sync-time, still top performance.
A "budget" early auto-focus Minolta SLR in the line. Mid-to late-1980's camera. Heavy, well-built and quite responsive. The garish light gray deterioration of the rubber coverings so common with this make and vintage was mostly reversed with the application of a specialized cleaner.
