well I walk by this clock 20 times in the 5 days I spent in Prague and every time it was full impossible to get a good shot.. so I decided to get a night shot. good choice as it turned out.. now I look and see i had daylight savings time turned off in my camera setting aha..😂😂

The Prague Astronomical Clock is a medieval astronomical clock located in Prague, on Old Town Square. The clock is located on the south wall of the town hall. The clock is said to have been built by master clockmaker Hanus on 9 October 1410. Legend has it that Hanus had his eyes gouged out to prevent him from reproducing his masterpiece elsewhere. The clock comes to life every hour until 9 p.m.

I set out to capture the Zodiacal light this evening and while I was getting my setup as I wanted it I managed to also capture the few minutes of Astronomical Twilight. The purple hue lasts only a few minutes and is a beautiful sight. The orange glow on the left is from the street lights of Belmullet, Co. Mayo. Also captured here is the Milky Way with the Andromeda Galaxy just above the rear mast on the boat! You can just start to see the Zodiacal light starting to shine through above the bow of the boat.
This is quite a clock for the ages. In a current world of data, data, data, this clock, built in the 1860s, provides the current time of eighteen cities globally, tidal times, the rising and setting sun and moon, and the position of the planets. If that wasn't enough, the clock also displays the epact and the golden number used in calculating the date of Easter.
It was built by Auguste-Lucien Vérité, who also built the Besançon Astronomical clock, as well as the Gard du Nord clock system (which kept all clocks synchronised in the station through an electromagnetic impulse from a single master clock
The clock is housed in St Peter's Cathedral in Beauvais, and for a small entry fee you can get up close to view its workings.

This morning was very clear, virtually not a cloud in the sky.
The Sun photographed a half an hour after sunrise. I waited for for the sun to get high enough to minimize atmospheric distortion. Just wanted to check on the sun's current spot activity, so I was Ok with this image.
Just for info, I used a 10 Stop ND Filter for this.
