An artwork of 5 large polished steel spheres by local artist Baet Yeok Kuan infront of the Asian Civilisation Museum that reflect the surrounding landscape and work like audio time capsules. These capsules feature recordings from everyday life in Singapore, like the sound of traffic and trains.

Spreading Life is an installation, located in the Royal Botanic Gardens, Sydney, for the Vivid Festival 2017. It was designed by Colombian artists.
It is inspired by what happens when a person blows on a dandelion seed head. People blow on two small light sculptures equipped with sensors the shape of dandelion seed heads. This activates a bright animation in an adjacent group of larger seed heads — the seeds light up and begin to glow in space and a sound simulates their floating away through the air. This photo is of one of those larger seed heads.

The Memory Void, one of the symbolic spaces in the museum, includes the installation “Fallen Leaves” by Menashe Kadishman. More than 10,000 faces with open mouths, cut from heavy round iron plates, cover the floor of the ground floor void. The sculptures stir painful memories of the victims of war.

ZIBSKA Noir Eyeshadow #5
"Time And Again" by artist Nick Cave
This piece was made shortly after the death of the artist's grandfather. He used his grandfather's tools, agricultural objects and Christian symbols.
From the text panel: "Cave here transforms humble everyday objects into something precious, celebrating the profound gifts within the mundane and the family values of thrift, creative reuse, and pride in manual skills that continue to propel his art."

The town of Kilmarnock, Virginia, has partnered with the Virginia Tourism Corporation to display a sign representing the hardworking men and women of our community who are responsible for our way of life.
Each section of the sign represents the largest industries in this area.
The L is made from dock posts and represents the water. The O shows a crosscut section of a tree and represents the forestry industry. The V is represented by two ears of corn and stands for our farming industry. The E is made from crab traps representing the watermen who harvest crabs and oysters.
This LOVEworks sign was unveiled in March in the Kilmarnock Town Center. It is one of 200 LOVEworks projects displayed around the State.
