The Iconic Batmobile from the first two Arkham games . In my mind I’m still calling this a WIP , as there still remain some changes to be made , but they are really small and subtle , so I decided to post it as it is ( and maybe post a V1.1 later ) . Of course it wouldn’t be complete without an awesome Batman minifigure , and this amazing custom by eBay seller “onlinesailin” is, in my opinion , just perfect . Please comment , Id’ love to hear everyone’s opinion on this

2015 Cincy Comicon held in Covington, Kentucky. Batman had committed this guy to the asylum quite some time ago, but, even though he was still handcuffed, he had somehow escaped in order to attend the Comicon.
The costume contest is tomorrow so we didn't see a large number of dressed up attendees. This guy's outfit was simple, but appropriately effective. His makeup and demeanor were excellent. He didn't think he had a chance in the contest, but i thought he ought to enter.
This is my take on an Arkham Asylum inspired set of custom minimates. Here's the Joker in a straight jacket. Enjoy!
I did this in memory of a friend's beloved cat, Arkham, that had died. It's based on a low resolution photo he took out of his window one evening. The glow was of a street lamp originally. I traced over the image in Photoshop and replaced the bushes with some from my own photos as the shot was very unsharp and grainy in the original.
In the explosive finale to the Arkham series, Batman faces the ultimate threat against the city that he is sworn to protect. The Scarecrow returns to unite an impressive roster of super villains, including Penguin, Two-Face and Harley Quinn, to destroy The Dark Knight forever. Batman: Arkham Knight introduces Rocksteady’s uniquely designed version of the Batmobile, which is drivable for the first time in the franchise.

Updated the suit design and used new darker metallic grey leather on this AK B-Man 2.0 build. Redesigned the neck cover, elbow padding was added and the elbow pit area has been change with a new ribbed design. Tweaked the shapes of the design elements in the pants below the belt. Finally we also changed the color scheme of utility belt for accuracy.

Finally! A really nice 3.75 scale Batman figure! My only real criticism is the lack of a "swivel arm battle grip" type of articulation, ball and socket head and total lack of accessories. Also at 10 bucks, he's a little pricey for what he is. But on the positive side this figure can hold stuff with one hand and you can still get him into some great poses. I also love the hip articulation Mattel has been using on many of their figures (such as this one) lately. This is one of my favorite bat-suits as it shows how you can have an armored suit and still stick to a look that is close to the classic look from the comics. Next time Batman appears on the silver screen, I hope this is what he is wearing!

Advertising for the new Batman game on hoardings in downtown Toronto. I like the juxtapositions of the different posters; you get a sense of the diversity of the city. Rolling Stones; Michael Jackson; Pink Floyd as the soundtrack to Oz; Radiohead as the soundtrack to Dracula; and more.
I felt like redesigning Batman villains today. I’m quite particular to the Riddler, or really flawed characters I suppose.
I modeled his face after a young Peter O’toole and made him skinny but not lanky. He’s a man who does things himself, and probably forgets to eat a meal or two while he’s in that “creative mode” people go through when inspired.
The bowler hat is a trademark of the 1850’s bankers/servants, so I modeled his fashion around that era; except I couldn’t decide to give him a more upper class look with trousers or a more feasible look of a 1920’s newsboy. Since the bowler hat is meant to be more functional and more sturdy as a gentleman’s hat, I thought the rest of him should be just as well. Instead of question marks all over his coat, I gave him elaborate french flourishes on the undershirt to instigate the idea of subtly while retaining an expensive air.
With a do-it-yourself attitude (and making all those bombs by hand) I decided to go with Arkham Asylum/City’s design of rolling up his sleeves and giving him finglerless gloves.
The colours are drawn directly from Frank Gorshin’s Riddler outfit; they were the most subtle and distinct. The hair and eyes I took from Jim Carrey’s Riddler, though you can’t really tell here with all that black. I think the “mask” is the most unoriginal thing about him; they’re just purple safety goggles with a white translucent hue.
And yes, he’s got an umbrella instead of a cane; I couldn’t figure out which one I liked the best. I’ll probably lean towards the Arkham Asylum/City one the most.
