And behind every curtain, a drama.
These flats are located in the Pretoria suburb of Sunnyside, which is a bit like Hillbrow in Johannesburg. I took this shot from Hotel 224 in Arcadia, Pretoria, when I was there a few years ago with Joburg Photowalkers and Pretoria Stadstapper Fotoklap.

Balfron Tower, a brutalist tower block built 1967-70.
It was designed by Hungarian architect Ernő Goldfinger as part of a group of buildings in the Brownfield Estate alongside Glenkerry House and Carradale House. Grade II listed by Historic England.
It has recently been extensively refurbished and the apartments are now being sold to private buyers (whereas when built it was designed as social housing).

Anyway, I'm not promoting Chicago apartments but this shot looked pretty good after I finished processing it so I figured I would throw it up here..;)) Happy Hump Day..:))
I think a little power washing is needed to entice the birds to move in!!
