Angel Pose II - I've noticed this male Anna's Hummingbird on the same perch next to the trail the past couple years while looking for Bobcats. I've taken photos of him frequently the past few weeks. he was especially cooperative and the lighting was perfect to bring out his gorget. I really like this "angel pose" that they do before liftoff.

I saw a clump of cyclamen blooms at the foot of a tree in the woodland and this one caught my eye, as it looked just like a little angel.
Some great wispy clouds moving over the ocean at Bournda Beach. Still a big sea after days. We can always make out things in clouds and you may be able to spot the “angel like” one! A Lee CPL polariser used here. Bournda National Park Far South Coast NSW.
I bought a dozen cute tiny angel buttons a few years ago to hang on one of our miniature Christmas trees.

Angel of Grief or the Weeping Angel is an 1894 sculpture by William Wetmore Story for the grave of his wife Emelyn Story at the Protestant Cemetery in Rome. Its full title bestowed by the creator was The Angel of Grief Weeping Over the Dismantled Altar of Life.
