My Anemone japonica aka Autumn Anemones has arrived late to my garden party. They revive a tired garden which is fading after a long, hot summer. Another sign that the seasons will soon change.
"It has taken possession of rather more of my garden than I desired, but it is so lovely that I cannot bring myself to root any of it out." ~ E. A. Bowles
I had fun painting my Anemone photo using Deep Dream Generator and Topaz Studio 2.
Thanks so much, Flickr friends for all your visits, encouragement, and inspiration.
They have a strong relationship.
The clownfish lives protected by the anemone's stinging tentacles and the anemone feeds on scraps dropped by the fish. The clownfish secretes a chemical which stops the anemone thinking it is food.
Photo processed with Photoshop, Topaz Studio 2, and DDG.
I sincerely thank you for taking your valuable time to view, award, or comment on my work. ♥

Anémone
Baignée par la lumière
Ta beauté est entière
Tu sais te faire belle
Pour attirer les abeilles
Tu sais aussi te défendre
Avec ceux qui ne sont pas tendre
Beaucoup je t’ envie
Tu es si jolie

Anemone
Bathed in light
Your beauty is full
You know you make beautiful
To attract bees
You know as you defend
With those who do not tender
T much I envy
You're so pretty

The First of this years little gems are staring to make and appearance around the garden, Also known as Winter or Grecian Wind flower and Balken Anemone. Also has White and Pink varieties. It certainly lives up to is name as we had had some very strong winds of late here in the UK.
It has also become a Garden Escapee and can be found in localised areas out in the countryside.

Anemones are the star of the September garden, just when the other flowers are starting to fade, This lavender anemone 'anemone japonica party dress' shyly peeks out from the ornamental grass.
"Never miss an opportunity of seeing anything beautiful, for beauty is God's handwriting."
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson
What a wonderful and unexpected surprise! Because of the bounty of abundant (some might say relentless, lol) sunshine this summer, the autumn Anemones are already blooming in August. This beautiful Anemone deserved to be painted.

After being gone for some months I am back to give this another try. It turns out I was not receiving notifications and everything else seemed to go haywire as well.
