The theater, adjacent bar and Dime Savings Bank on the corner are closed and will soon be torn down (in addition to the dental office around the corner) to make way for an eight-story, 99-unit apartment building, which will also include 25 affordable units and a below-ground parking garage.

Nothing yet on this one, though the Pinnacle Realty sign mounted on the exterior is a dead giveaway that something is coming down the pike

They're constructing yet another public storage building on Northern Blvd. As for the other two, I have never seen anyone, ever, go inside either one. And I walk past this area twice per day.
