Yanni Hufnagel (born August 26, 1982) is an American entrepreneur, former college basketball coach, and the founder and CEO of Atlanta-based The Lemon Perfect Company, maker of the enhanced water brand Lemon Perfect. Before starting Lemon Perfect, he served as an assistant coach of the Nevada Wolf Pack men's basketball team under Eric Musselman.

In January 2020, the company received a viral boost after the product was spotted in a photo on Beyoncé's Instagram.[

The development is expected to be eight stories tall and go up on 38th Avenue between 30th Street and Old Ridge Road. The top six floors would be for apartments, while the bottom two floors–totaling 12,000 square feet– to be set aside for an Asian supermarket.

Few details have been made public about the project, which is being designed by Fogarty Finger Architects and developed by SB Development, which also acquired the adjacent lot at 29-13 40th Road for $8.7 million last fall.

The Dollar Tree store located at 38th Street & Queens Blvd in Sunnyside, Queens is permanently closed. Mark my words, I guarantee you this entire corner building will be torn down with an apartment building put in its place. Queens Blvd, from 33rd Street east to 50th Street is on the brink of major construction, which will transform that entire strip.
