The 2019 Madness Before The Classic was held at Birmingham's "The Nick" in October 2019.
The event was hosted by Birmingham concert promoter and rapper Quincy "Q Dot" Davis.
Hip Hop Weekly Magazine hosted their official artist showcase that also included surprised visits from celebrity guests like Jermaine Dupri, Krazy & Flesh Bone (Bone Thugs & Harmony), Translee, Slicc Pulla, Brandi from LHH, Eric Sermon, Benzino just to name a few.
The widely popular event was held at Harlem Nights in Atlanta during the #A3C16 Festivities.

I guess it’s never too late to celebrate our 5A State Championship Winning Team. The format of the 2017 Parade celebrated a number of victories for the school in the areas athletics, fine arts, and Hospitality & Tourism.
The parade welcomed two Grand Marshals, the Honorable Mayor William Bell and Interim Jefferson County District Attorney, Danny Carr.
Celebrity notables spotted in the crowd were Interim Superintendent Dr. Larry Contri, Merika Coleman, Deputy Treasure Sherry McClain, Councilors Jay Roberson and Sheila Tyson.
During his victory speech, Wenonah Lady Dragons head coach Emanuel Bell shared that he’s a 100% ally for equality in women in sports. Bell then recognized the WJ Christian Lady Chargers for their recent championship win.

The Lady Wenonah Dragons Defeat Sylacauga (Final Four)

Congratulations to the Mighty Wenonah Lady Dragons. Today these talented young ladies defeated the Sylacauga Aggies in a 73 – 50 victory. If you haven’t noticed, the Lady Dragons are becoming historic in their own right and are creating a legacy for being a powerhouse team that’s dominating the headlines.
In their quest to win another championship, the team played a very calculated game today and ultimately delivered a crushing defeat to the Sylacauga Aggies. Their Lady Dragons are determined to remain the 5A State Champions and possibly one of the best female basketball team in the history of the school.
The next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 4th at 9 AM. All Dragon alumni and supporters are encouraged to come out to the BJCC to support these talented young ladies in what could be their fourth consecutive state championship.
