During U2's concert on 1 April 2005 at the Arrowhead Pond in Anaheim, California, this was projected onto the walls in several places near the top of the venue. It's a combination of letters and the main religious symbols of Islam, Judaism, and Christianity to form the word "coexist." Bono has said he saw the image as graffiti somewhere in the midwest. The image can be found in the booklet that came with the collector's edition of U2's How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb. This image also appeared on a cloth Bono had around his forehead during "Love And Peace Or Else" and over his eyes during the latter part of "Bullet The Blue Sky" when he began mixing in lyrics from "The Hands That Built America" and "Johnny Comes Marching Home Again."
