Hay muchas más especies que aún no han sido descritas. Se las encuentra en todos los continentes, excepto en la Antártida. Están en todos los hábitats donde hay plantas con flores (magnoliofitas o angiospermas). Están adaptadas para alimentarse de polen y néctar, usando el primero fundamentalmente como alimento para las larvas y el segundo como material energético. La especie más conocida es la abeja doméstica (Apis mellifera), a veces simplemente llamada “abeja”; esta especie es un insecto social que vive en enjambres formados por tres clases de individuos: reina, obreras y zánganos;

Oeuvre d'Anne Romby

Pablo Neruda

Pekeliling flat holds many folds of his life stories, perhaps his whole life revolves around the area.

I was at the place that morning looking for opportunity to shoot some images, thought the building was all left abandoned. To my surprise there are still a few families staying in the rundown building. One of them is Ah Keong in the picture above.

He was too eager to talk to me. Maybe back in his mind he would've thought I was from a local daily or something.

He said in his thick Chinese accent, “Manyak susah oh mau pindah. Wa talak tau mana mau pigi.....” (Much hassle for me to move out, and I don’t know where to go.....)

And I could see what's hidden in his eyes.

There's nothing like being out in the woods by yourself when it's snowing -- all sounds seem to disappear and it's just you and nature.

The blusher is the common name for several closely related species of the genus Amanita. A. rubescens, found in Europe and eastern North America, and A. novinupta in western North America. Both their scientific and common names are derived from the propensity of their flesh to turn pink on bruising, or cutting. Someone say it is edible (when cooked) but i don't eat it), It can be confused with deadly poisonous species, and is avoided by novice mushroomers.
