For the album Aladdin Sane, the creativity of Bowie’s music was matched by an extraordinary image on the cover, photographed by Brian Duffy (1933 – 2010).
With a focus on the photo session that gave us Bowie’s ‘lightning bolt’ portrait, this exhibition explores the continuous reshaping of Bowie’s image, and his part, along with Duffy’s, in a reimagining of sexual and gender identity.
Professor Camille Paglia defined the portrait as ‘one of the most emblematic and influential art images of the past half century, reproduced and parodied in advertising, media and entertainment worldwide.’

In love with Nicki Minaj's new single "Pills N Potions"! I really appreciate the motivational mood of the song and the well crafted lyrics! Wanted to create a design inspired by the inspirational feel of the song, and after playing around with various textures and lighting, this final product came about. Included elements such as the sunrise lighting, the clouds, and more to represent the uplifting tone of the song. Excited for what the rest of The Pink Print era has in store music wise, I know Nicki has got some major stuff awaiting! Hope you all like the design!
"Only One" is one of my favorite songs off of Ciara's latest album "Jackie", so I had to create an artwork design for this amazing record! Used this photo from her latest photoshoot for the Roberto Cavalli Fall/Winter 2015-16 campaign as this photo worked well with the idea I had in mind. A lot of work went into this cover most definitely, but it truly was worth it all in the end to end up with this result. Hope you all like the design!

The album was recorded at Blue Light Studio in Vancouver and mastered at Abbey Road Studios in London. The lead single is 'Walk With Me' (bit.ly/iTunesWWM).
In love with Fifth Harmony's new album "7/27", and this song has been my favorite cut from the album since my first listen. In love with the reggae vibes from the song, and Fetty Wap's verses are the perfect addition to the song. Wanted to capture the tropical essence of the song by creating a scenario of the girls sitting on the beachside during the sunset. Had to do plenty of manipulation to get the idea out, but ultimately had a fun time creating the scenario and blending everything together. Hope you all like the design!
This brings me back to a time when I used to listen to prog rock a lot. Alan Parsons had said that he felt Poe's stories were a lot about being entombed, so wanted to show that on his album cover. I was able to get myself reflected inside the bubble one cold winter day, and I also thought the reflection and refraction of the stairs in the bubble added to the "mystery and imagination" in the title.
In 1963, Martha and the Vandellas released Heat Wave - a great album. This might make a cool design for a re-release of the album to attract younger listeners.

In love with Nicki Minaj's new album The Pinkprint! There are so many wonderful songs on the album, such a great body of work. One of the songs I feel love with was "Grand Piano". Wanted to create a visual that captured the raw emotion and elegance of record. Loved the photoshoot Nicki did for the Roberto Cavalli SS15 campaign, and felt the picture used was a great choice for "Grand Piano". As far as the work put in, I cut the photo out from its background and did some manipulation work to create the scenario I had in mind. Excited to create more visuals for some of the amazing songs on The Pinkprint, hope you all like this design!

Inspired by the mugshot themed promotional photos for the era, wanted to create an concept design in that same aesthetic for album cover design using this beautiful outtake. Hope you all like the design!
