Das Linienschiff Aida Perla verlässt den Hamburger Hafen zu einer Kreuzfahrt. Passagiere auf dem Linienschiff winken den Menschen am Ufer zu. Und wir winken ihnen zurück und wünschen ihnen eine angenehme Reise!
The liner Aida Perla leaves Hamburg harbor for a cruise. Passengers on the liner wave to people on the shore. And we wave our hands back to them and wish them a pleasant journey!
I'm not a fan of mass tourism, so I'm not a fan of the AIDA! When I saw it lying here in the fjord, I thought it looked quite photogenic.
But that was it. You could hardly breathe here because the smell of diesel fuel was overwhelming. It's a shame that this still hasn't changed. Right behind me is a swimming area with small children swimming and playing. Every time we sailed into a fjord and smelled diesel fuel, one of the many AIDA ships was there! This is a huge problem. Everyone knows how harmful these unfiltered soot particles are to us and, above all, to children and the environment.
But as we all know, we Germans are world champions at this. In our own country, we pretend to be climate neutral and even want to save the whole world, but we often fail at the smallest challenges and can't even manage to retrofit our own ships.

The AIDA Cruises fleet was rated as inadequate overall among the 18 largest cruise companies in the world in the 2020 Cruise Ship Report Card environmental and health report published by the global environmental protection association Friends of the Earth. The factors examined include wastewater treatment, air pollution reduction, and water quality assurance.

Honestly saw the new background by Foxcity and knew immediately I wanted to get it and mix it with their sinking sands. Knew I had Aida, a rp character of mine, that would look amazing with the poses. It's a bit modified in BD to fit the character, but same pose. Obsesseedddd.
