Marnie is 2.5 years old and so interested in human attention. She's also a lively gal, lots of exploring the room and investigating and snacking. She found a new home 24 October 2020.

A ginger tabby cat up for adoption at PetSmart. Not too surprisingly, he found a forever home in 24 hours. Doesn't hurt when you're gorgeous and have a friendly sweet personality. ❤😻❤
Spent a little time taking photos of adoptable dogs and puppies this morning. ♥ This little bundle of cuteness may already have an owner. Fingers crossed!
Axel isn't a sad boy, his eyes are just shaped that way. He loves to cuddle with other kittens and with humans, and will chase wand toys forever. This sweetie found a new home 29 September 2019.
Sutton is a 4 month old kitten who loves to play with toys. She enjoys people of all ages and with other kittens. She is quite fond of her brother Sweden - they don't need to go to the same home but they would probably enjoy it if they did. She went to a new home 23 November 2018.
Garfield is a fluffy orange dreamboat of a 7 month old kitten, who's going to grow to be a big fellow, I think. He loves to cuddle and gets along well with his older but smaller and sleeker roomie Roswell, probably would get along well with other cats too. His tummy is incredibly fluffy and he will let you pet it for a bit before deciding that maybe you would like to wrestle. He was adopted the next day, 9 January - the local adoption coordinator got 4 phone calls from these pix of Garfield that got posted on evening of the 8th!
For some reason, this photo and a companion of the same cat made Explore at 392 (this one)/391 respectively for Jan 9 2020 but no invite to the "In Explore" group. It might have been a late addition to the group, because it was uploaded near the end of the day on 8 January. MIght have been after the invites for "In Explore" went out.

Tutti Fruiti is a soft and sweet year old gal who loves to play and enjoys attention from her human pals. In this photo, she's gazing up at a wand toy operated by caregiver Sarah. She found a new home 15 February 2020 - happy Caturday!
Critter gave out free leg rugs, walked around the store like he owned the place and I also bought him a new harness seeing it's his birthday and everything.
Three kittens got adopted and went to their forever homes.
This lovely Mackerel Tabby boy is named Seis. He's 5 months old and a little shy (less than a full day at the Petco for adoption) but is clearly interested in human attention and I and pretty sure he will warm up fine. He found a new home 27 November 2019.
This self possessed three month old boy is named Bagel. He's one of three pastry litter kittens in this room along with two black Sea kittens. They're all looking for homes, on their own or in combination with another kitten or two :-) (Bagel was adopted!)

(Happy Caturday theme 15 Feb 2020: "Toys" - I can tell at this point (morning of 14 Feb) that I won't get any new photos of my personal pets with toys before deadline, so I thought I'd share the first two pix I got in 2020 of cats up for adoption from Cat Adoption Team, which were pictures with toys. Both Tutti Fruiti and her roommate Mama Cat are very friendly to people, I got their photos when they had been at Petco for less than 12 hours and many cats - who are loving pet quality cats - would still be hiding then. But they both came out fairly quickly. Tutti Fruiti here had been happily playing with Sarah the Caregiver with a wand toy - I got photos which were too blurred due to motion lol - but she was also interested in crinkle ball here - she's considering what exactly to do next in this shot, and possibly resting for a moment.) (and she was adopted on Caturday! She “was adopted today by a couple. They visited with her and came back an hour later to adopt her; the man said he just couldn't go home without her.”- adoption counselor.
Chana is active, playful, beautiful and very interested in the attention of humans. She found a new home 1/26/2019. (She made Explore, leveling out at 380!)
Cauldron is a handsome. social and and chatty 9 month old boy - even interested in making friends with dogs! He is very playful as well! (I love how his eyes line up with this toy -although he’s more about mouse-on-wand or mouse toy on floor). He gets along with his roommates, who are 8 month old sisters and also from Palm Springs. He found a new home 20 December 2018. (Explore starting at 198 and sliding down to the 250s 12/11/2018!)
It's hard to believe that six-month-old kitten Ginger hasn't been adopted yet. This torbie gal gets along very well with other kittens. She also likes people - and is content to be picked up and held - but she is somewhat more reticent than many kittens in that she doesn't rush to the person immediately but takes her time to wander over... or to have the person visit her. She's still a great little individual and really deserves a home. I was asked to do a 'photo shoot' for her, and I got five keep shots, which here they come. (Also, thanks to Steve for running the cat toy!)
She finally found her new home 28 September 2019. She was adopted by "a sweet old couple who has a cat at whom who needs a friend. The couple-s older cat passed a few months back... [when the adoption appointment was set up and happend] he sat on the couch and our shy girl immediately ran onto his lap and snuggled. They fell in love at first sight of each other..."
(Got into Explore about #383, and eventually got dropped. Wonderful kitten but photo has focus issues at minimum lol)
This cat is, I think, quite possibly named Cat Benatar (if she is Tortie / white). She is the most retiring of the 3 sisters but is still sociable enough to play with toys and get close to you 0 she may well have snuggles in her future. She and her two sisters Sue and Kalico are 7 months old, curious, friendly with people and other cats. She found a new home 29 December 2018.
These poor little "animals" need adoption.
The idea came from a school assignment asking us to illustrate an NGO's campagne to push people to donate their old stuffed animals.
imagining that we just put our toys from when we were kids into a box, and forget about them.... or worse throw them away. I wondered where this box could end up, and what could be in it.

Sister is a lively gal and a lap climber and a rather good photographic model. She and Mister are looking for a home together They were both abandoned when their owners moved: They were adopted together 3 November 2018,

Thirone is a 8-month old husky/belgian shepherd mix. She is spayed, current on shots, microchipped, and housebroken. Her previous owner became very sick and could not keep her any longer. She is very cute and playful. Thirone loves to get attention and wants to be by your side at all times. She will lay at your feet and will follow you around the house. She loves playing with her squeaky ball and chew toys. She gets along well with other dogs and has been to the dog park a few times with no incidents. She is really good with children as well. She has been introduced to cats and did not try to chase them.

This is Jax! He is bonded with his bigger brother Rocket, they like to hang out and wrestle, also to do their own thing, and they will both try to - and succeed in! - sitting on your lap at the same time. They're one year old and found their home together 15 June 2019.
Otis and Mylo playing with a toy that they sell at Petco, the place they're up for adoption. They are a bonded pair, one year old. “The very first family who came in had decided within 2 minutes to adopt” on 19 Jan 2018.
Gustavo is a very outgoing 7 month old loving fellow - at least, he loves people and gets along all right with other kittens. There was a while after I got photos where I was sitting on a couch and Gustavo was sprawled across me, and one of his roommates, Dark Knight, was leaning up against me. (These two are by no means 'bonded' but I think they could become pals). He was adopted 18 November 2020. To quote the counselor, “His new home will include a mom, a 6 & 8 year old human sisters and a 3 year old kitty brother. This little energy ball will have plenty of places to send all his loving energy.”

This lovely young lady is named Gloria. She is adventurous and very deft with using her forepaws to achieve goals. She found a new home 4 March 2018.
This beautiful cat is, I think, quite possibly named Kalico (if She is “torbie / calico”). She is the snuggliest of the 3 sisters and also a lot of fun. She and her two sisters Sue and Kat Benatar are 7 months old, curious, friendly with people and other cats, and looking for homes. She was adopted 23 December 2018.
