Steps :
1. Open new background.
2. Unlock background --> create new layer --> name the layer smoke.
3. Select brush tool --> create the smoke by drawing some of wavy lines.
4. Press ctrl + T and warp tool tp move and change the shape of the smoke.
5. Go to filter --> other --> maximum.
6. Press ctrl + T and warp tool tp move and change the shape of the smoke.
7. Go to filter --> convert for smart filters.
8. To smooth the smoke --> go to filter --> blur --> surface blur.
9. Add new layer --> name it as smoke overlay.
10. On smoke layer --> go to filter --> render --> clouds.
11. Press ctrl + T and wrap tool for final adjustment.
12. Lastly, save as jpeg.
