Ryan Graves (left) and Blake Samic have developed a website that highlight start-up busineses in Milwaukee and other cities that traditionally have not been entrepreneurial hubs. The GE Healthcare employees launched ActionsTalk about four months ago after brainstorming concepts for a business to start. They decided the best way to get into business was to learn from entrepreneurs who had successfully started businesses. That's how they came up with the concept of spotlighting start-up businesses on video and posting the videos on a website called "ActionsTalk."
