Hummm, too much weight in my opinion, but it may work in some other application. Ideas, ideas, ideas.... :-)
Ball head mount and curved splint support. I am hoping to mount it and have it stick out enough to allow the camera to shoot video of the plane in flight and act like and articulating arm or extension arm.
Front view and the blue edges have been trimmed away to allow the suction cups to float freely between the mount and the surface it will be attached to. I'll use screws or nails with their ends trimmed down to mount into the foam of the airplane.
Well I’ll be damned, the Okanagan has a proper skinny after all. Lap 2 was at Kerplop and will definitely require another visit in drier conditions. To hit the bigger wooden jumps but also the smaller rock rolls, kickers and drops. Tons of fun and potential here. Only thing is there was somewhere a fence jump that I somehow seemed to have missed or they have taken down🤔.

I really like this mount piece, as it can be modified in many different ways. I drilled in a hole at the center for a short 1/4" screw to mount to the Mobius tripod holder assembly.
Removed the pin to add in some rubber bands before reinserting it. This use of 2 rubber bands like this did not work well as I had expected.
Last video of my ride the other day hopefully just in time to go out riding again. Now to only decide what to ride 🤔.
Wobbly Pops is always a good time. I’m surprised that it was downgraded to a blue line. But I’m seeing a lot of activity on trailforks and a lot of the dotted lines where old retired trails were indicated have disappeared 😢.
