Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD) in partnership with the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association Headquarters (CPA), Commonwealth Parliamentary Association UK (CPA UK) and the Commonwealth Local Government Forum (CLGF) event at the British Academy on 4th March 2020 in London, United Kingdom. Commonwealth organisations are hosting a three-day conference in London which aims to put inclusion and accountability high on the agenda for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Rwanda in June 2020.
