Member's Choice: Abstract Macro"

Yesterday's marsh hawk photo closed our visit to Port Aransas.

Now continuing abstracts, with several more to come in the next few days. All of these were taken straight down on a floor in an art gallery or studio complex, mostly in re-purposed buildings that formerly served industries. The surfaces tend to be distressed, with uneven lighting that may be artificial or a mix of natural and artificial. The colors are always enhanced in post-processing through an exploratory process.

after he fell apart following a really stupid confrontation with another bulb, naked bulb was forced to take time off to heal...first step in treatment: gathering all his scattered pieces.

 

he was furious... "reduced to a stack of pancakes" was the nicest thing he screamed. ah....the indignity of it all!
