" We know full well there's just time

So is it wrong to toss this line?

If your heart was full of love

Could you give it up?

'Cause what about, what about angels?

They will come, they will go, make us special

Don't give me up

Don't give

Me up

How unfair, it's just our love

Found something real that's out of touch

But if you'd searched the whole wide world

Would you dare to let it go?

'Cause what about, what about angels?

They will come, they will go, make us special

Don't give me up

Don't give

Me up

'Cause what about, what about angels?

They will come, they will go, make us special

It's not, about not about angels, angels ... "

Snowy Egret, in early morning light, makes a food run for the chicks.

What I like about this one is that was able to capture the rose in full bloom, the rosebude and way behind what is left of one.

December is here, and it is going to bring snow, strong winds, slippery roads and for sure flight cancelations.

Still, it will bring also the beauty of the slowly falling snow, the joy of having a hot cup of cocoa or coffee, ( your choice :) and of course the unique feeling of being safe and warm at home...

The best part of this forum is the contacts and friends that I have made over the years, that have the same passion for this art that is called photography!

I took a trip on a train

And I thought about you

I passed a shadowy lane

And I thought about you

Two or three cars parked under the stars Winding stream

Moon shining down on some little town And with each beam, the same old dream And every stop that we made Oh, I thought about you And when I pulled down the shade Then I really felt blue

I peeped through the crack

Looked at the track

Oh I'm going back to you

And what did I do? I thought about you There were two or three cars parked under the stars

Winding stream

Moon shining down on some little town And with each beam, the same old dream

And then I peeped through the crack And looked at the track

Oh I'm going back to you

And what did I do? I thought about you

Picture taken at our home! <3

Newberry Volcano is a large active shield-shaped stratovolcano located about 20 miles (32 km) south of Bend, Oregon, United States, 35 miles (56 km) east of the major crest of the Cascade Range, within the Newberry National Volcanic Monument. Its highest point is Paulina Peak. The largest volcano in the Cascade Volcanic Arc, Newberry has an area of 1,200 square miles (3,100 km2) when its lava flows are taken into account. From north to south, the volcano has a length of 75 miles (121 km), with a width of 27 miles (43 km) and a total volume of approximately 120 cubic miles (500 km3). It was named for the geologist and surgeon John Strong Newberry, who explored central Oregon for the Pacific Railroad Surveys in 1855. The surrounding area has been inhabited by Native American populations for more than 10,000 years.

and about light and bokeh... :=)))

Saíra-sete-cores / Green-Headed Tanager is a bird of the Thraupidae family, quite common in southeastern Brazil, but can also be found in southeastern Paraguay and northeast of Argentina.

Its scientific name means: from (Tupi) Tangará = dancer; and (German) seledonkopf = Name given to this green bird by Statius Müller (1776), derived from the French Celladon = light green. ⇒ Light green dancer or seledon dancer.

It measures about 13.5 centimeters long and weighs about 18 grams.

The adult male features complex and shiny turquoise plumage, pale yellow-green, black, violet blue, orange yellow, turquoise, light green and green. The eyes are dark with a region around the eyes with black plumage.

The female has the plumage quite similar to the male's plumage, but it has the less intense color appearing to have the most erased colors.

It feeds on wild fruits, with apparent preference for small fruits and dark coloration. Eventually it is seen eating small insects and their larvae, such as caterpillars and termites. Being a general frugivore, it can also feed on exotic fruits in feeders, gardens or backyards of houses, such as bananas, papaya, orange, exotic palm fruits, wild lily, yellow magnolia, etc.

It is a monogamous bird that reaches sexual maturity at 12 months. It makes a bowl type nest, built by both adults with grass and leaves, and lined with soft materials. This nest is usually hidden in vegetation, between tree leaves, or on plants along the trunks and branches.

The time of reproduction of this species takes place between November and February in Brazil, between November and December, in Paraguay, and in November in northeastern Argentina.

The female lays 2 to 4 pale eggs, pink white with brown or gray spots. The incubation lasts from 15 to 17 days and is made by the female. The young man leaves the nest 14 to 18 days after the hatching of eggs. They still depend on parents for food for a few weeks after leaving the nest. Young people previously born can accompany adults for several months during the first year.

It can be found in all strata of the Atlantic Forest and in the low woods of the coast, where it is very frequent. This species can be seen to peers or in small groups, sometimes with up to 20 birds.

... and that's why I love FLICKER ... we get to tell about I!

THANKS!

About blackbird-sized and striking black-and-white. It has a very distinctive bouncing flight and spends most of its time clinging to tree trunks and branches, often trying to hide on the side away from the observer. Its presence is often announced by its loud call or by its distinctive spring 'drumming' display. The male has a distinctive red patch on the back of the head and young birds have a red crown.

What they eat: Insects, seeds and nuts(Courtesy RSPB).

This kayaker was peacefully enjoying the grand view on the reflective waters of Two Medicine Lake in Glacier National Park, Montana. My wife and I had just finished a hiking tour. I could not resist the opportunity of sneaking behind and framing him and his colorful kayak into this shot along with the pristine reflective lake water and surrounding peaks. I love the result.
