I had been shut out for 5 nights in a row on this trip and was willing to shoot anything at this point. As I was running around to the different viewpoints on the North Rim of the Grand Canyon looking for some open sky, I rounded the corner along the drive and hit the brakes for a quickie. :) I set up one light panel quickly and snapped 3 shots then jumped back in and off I went. I used a cooler white balance than usual on this one at around 3200. :)

Shot with my KODAK EKTAPRO PROJECTION FF LENS 85MM F2.8. A lens without an moving aperture, the focus is achieved by shifting the tubes that are mounted inside each other.
Absolutely manual, projection lens. So forgive the slight blurriness 😉

El pasado 17 de Octubre fue el October bird Day por mi parte me dirigí al occidente de El Salvador a un Área Natural privada protegida llamada el Imposible zona occidental, desde allí estuve realizando mis reportes y esta ave fue una de las que logre captar de mejor manera, el clina no estaba muy bueno para la observación de aves, se encontraba medio nublado y con lluvia ocasional, pero al final fiu parte de este evento mundial.
la finalizacion de la jornada termino con una llanta estallada en carretere a 48 kilomtros de la ciudad Capital San Salvador, pero afortunadamente llegamos con bien.
We have arrived home and being knackered as we are I guess it is nighty Night from us! Tomorrow is another day and I will start the long road of catching up with everyone :)
