At least for now, this is as close as an American can legally get to Cuba without being on an official Trade Mission - 35,000 feet overhead. Captured this shot this afternoon on the way from Barranquilla to Miami. The 15 month old Avianca Airbus A320 had some nice clear windows. - Next stop Houston
This was the view from our brand new Avianca Airbus A330 en route from Miami to Bogota - not too long after departure. We had very stormy weather all around Miami for our takeoff. I continue to luck out with the clear windows. It certainly helps that the plane is new.

An Avianca A319 is seen here taxiing to runway 13 for departure, with a nice afternoon light. Some TAM planes can be seen at the background, and even one A321 can be seen flying, right above the tail of the A319.
This livery of Avianca was lovely, they didn't need to change their livery to their current one...

This Avianca A330 was supposed to arrive at the afternoon, but the flight was delayed due to a technical glitch, and the flight arrived from GRU only at night. Great opportunity to snap the big bird with zero sunlight! Seen here taxiing to the terminal after arriving on runway 13, finishing another hop from São Paulo... with beacon flashing!
