Suicide Prevention Symposium at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii’s Suicide Prevention Symposium was a powerful event, bringing together soldiers, leaders, and community members to raise awareness and provide resources on mental health and suicide prevention.
From keynote speakers to interactive workshops, the event encouraged open dialogue and equipped participants with the tools to help those in need. We are all in this together, and together, we are stronger.

Lunch @ "ASAP & Co", a Halal Malay-Western fusion restaurant.
"12-hour smoked Argentinian black angus brisket, shredded carrots, fresh onions and chopped fresh chilli, mesclun salad, bbq sauce, deep fried leaf bao"
Not sure where the carrots and onions disappeared to but my table (or those of us who eat beef) certainly agreed that the beef was cooked well - it fell apart as the knife touched it and dancing with beefy flavours. Pairing it with leaf bao was a no-brainer but beef brisket is no chilli crab and deep-frying the buns added more oil than necessary in my personal opinion. I didn’t enjoy the excessive oil on my palette. I was remarking to my mates that leaving the buns steamed would have done the dish more service as it would have lightened the overall enjoyment and helped celebrate the star, which was the beef brisket.
There was so much oil that I was hoping the plate could come with more greens!
