On Carmelita Caruana's last evening at Los Piedaos (post the grueling, but pleasurable 3 day cookery course) we had a delicious last supper. Carmelita & Arpi Shively collaborated on a meltingly wonderful spinach & Ricotta quiche which was almost gone before it hit the table.
