As our fall deepens, I work at photographing birds with color in our area as we have less than a dozen colorful species that stay through our winters.
The Palm Warbler is more often found in pine trees, often high up. Won't be long now until they leave for the Southeastern part of the U.S. but they are one of our earlier returning birds. Weighing in at just over a half ounce you might need two of them to fill your palm.
I discovered this sad, little green guy on my photo walk in Orillia last weekend. I thought he deserved a photo. It’s Thanksgiving weekend in Canada. I wish my Canadian friends a Happy Thanksgiving! I wish all my Flickr friends a Happy Thanksgiving if they would like that. ;)🍁
