Had my first "model" shoot, just with a good friend of mines. I was kinda nervous I'd just taken some not-so-great pictures, but I'm please with this one. I'm excited to plan out more shoots in the future.

Im only an amature so if anyone can give me any tips and advice on any of my pictures, It will be very much appreciated.

Sunset In North Devon Whilst my little brother dances on the pathway usually covered by the sea. He was having loads of fun as you can see here.

I have been contemplating joining the 100 strangers project for some time, on Friday I sat for a while listening to this gentleman practising his violin by the river. The sun was shining and it made a beautiful scene. It was a big moment for me, once he had stopped playing I approached and asked if I could take a photo of him playing. I was thinking primarily about how odd it would be for him to be approached by a complete stranger.
I am pleased to say that a fascinating conversation followed. It seems that he plays then has to have a break. In his hand, he held an egg timer. He watched the grains of sand as time passed. When he plays he is in the music, when he stops he realises that he is back by the river. The break is needed to help him play.
As the grains of sand ran out he picked up his violin and began to play once again and the notes filled the air. I took my photos and left, feeling quite pleased that I had taken my first '100 strangers' photo then it dawned on me... he was still a stranger. In my excitement, I had forgotten to ask his name! Hopefully I will do better with stanger number 2!
