Got these in really good condition, replaced the earphones and speakers, and added a button for a sticker that had fallen off.
Wired them with short leads from each earpiece, which connects to a Y-splitter and then into a extension cord. This way I can disconnect/replace each segment independently.

I've been asked numerous times about what happened to Akai Shiro and the answer was always deconstructed! Half-truth in a way since the three core pieces (dojo, castle, samurai house) were actually left intact.
After I've brought the dojo and the samurai house in the last show, I've decided to bring out the castle for the next show. Smaller than the original but nevertheless I think the kids will like it, more vegetation to be added for the show.
Drum pads / sequencer with the groovy swings, used by the the greats such as Pete Rock, Q-Tip and Kanye.
This is an almost 1:1 model of the iconic Akai MPK Mini MIDI controller, one of the starter controllers for every aspiring bedroom music producer.
This project began when I was sorting pieces after disassembling my E30 BMW moc, I happened to count the number of black and white 1x6 tiles I had and there were just enough to build a 2 octave keyboard.
Unfortunately I was not able to copy one of the existing colour schemes for this controller, but this most closely resembles the Grey edition of the MPK Mini, and the red knob tops add a splash of colour to my model.
