1. ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับไส้เดือน
• ประโยชน์ของไส้เดือนดินในระบบนิเวศ
• การเลี้ยงไส้เดือนดินในประเทศไทย
• การจำแนกสายพันธุ์ไส้เดือนดิน
• ลักษณะโดยทั่วไปของไส้เดือนดิน
• วงจรชีวิตของไส้เดือนดิน
• การแพร่กระจายพันธุ์และพฤติกรรมของไส้เดือนดิน
• ปัจจัยสิ่งแวดล้อมที่มีต่อการเลี้ยงไส้เดือนดิน
2. ความรู้ไส้เดือนดินต่อการกำจัดขยะอินทรีย์และการเกษตร
• การใช้ไส้เดือนดินกำจัดขยะอินทรีย์
• การใช้ไส้เดือนดินในการทำปุ๋ยชนิดต่างๆ

• การออกแบบโรงเรือนให้เหมาะสมกับปัจจัยต่างๆ เช่น พื้นที่ งบประมาณ
• วัสดุและอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นในการเลี้ยงไส้เดือนดิน
6. การลงทุน
• ประเมินการลงทุนและการคืนทุน
7. เทคนิคเชิงลึกการเพาะเลี้ยงไส้เดือน (เน้นปฏิบัติทุกท่าน)
• ฐานปฏิบัติการเตรียมวัสดุและการหมัก Bedding
• ฐานปฎิบัติการนำ Bedding ขึ้นชั้นเพาะ
