Discovered this strange hose inside the dashboard. It ends up to a small ventilation hole just beside the keyhole. Probably something to do with the electronic AC system in this car.

Hitachi presents the new auto coil dry technology. When you turned off the AC, the soft dry feature will be turned on. Blower runs at low speed for 3 minutes and evaporates the moisture on coil. Really, it's a part of an air conditioning system called a compressor. This unit was brought in to temporarily support the A/C in a building while the main system was being repaired. I don't think the Gardner Denver marketing department gave the product name adequate consideration.
