La propuesta de Diana Bardanca cierra este ciclo de entrevistas que hemos denominado “Cafés de Verano ACBA 2011”. Durante el periodo estival hemos tenido la oportunidad de conocer mejor a nuestros baristas. Mientras elaboraban sus combinados de café nos aportaban algunas claves de su trabajo y aspiraciones profesionales. La Asociación Cultural de Baristas de Arag...ón agradece la colaboración de todos los profesionales que han puesto de manifiesto el excelente momento que atraviesa el mundo barista en nuestra Comunidad.

La receta:
El combinado de Diana gira en torno a la coctelera en la que introducimos dos expressos, nata líquida, sirope de avellana y sirope de chocolate de galleta. Es una propuesta fácil de realizar, apta para cualquier nivel de destreza. Primero aportamos los siropes, después la nata líquida y por último los expressos. Recordemos que el café debe estar frío.
La barista:
“Mi propósito es crear elaboraciones que cualquiera pueda aplicar en su casa –explica Diana-, no comparto la idea del barista como profesional elitista, que hace algo tan exclusivo que no está al alcance de cualquiera que lea estas líneas”.
Diana Bardanca comenzó su andadura cafetera en el IES Miralbueno, asistiendo a un curso promovido por el Inaem. Posee conocimientos de coctelería, de sumiller, y se está especializando en el mundo barista.
Si quieren verla feliz ofrézcanle un Tanzania. Variedad de café que le entusiasma, “lo elijo en todas las catas, me encanta su sabor afrutado, no es excesivamente ácido, me gusta su aroma”.

Retro-Carded Shocker looks way better with panel-lining!
I went with a brown Gundam marker. My first time modifying an action figure, and I made my share of mistakes, but a little rubbing alcohol and persistence paid off.
This figure really should have come with those lines painted! Considering doing the same with Scorpion, but that figure’s sculpt has finer lines.
What do you think? Painting yours? Passing on Shocker entirely?

Messing around with iOS new image cropping (and some poor photo editing in one pic).
So many of The Dude’s bald head sculpts are going to end up in storage after this set was released. Really cool they included multiple demon masks. Good accessories overall, making up for how difficult dress shoes are to balance with these suited figures.
