Fanum House Basingstoke. Headquarters of the Automobile Association Once the tallest building between here and America but has now been superseded in that claim by Skyline Plaza in Basingstoke, which is two metres taller. I took the picture at this angle as it appears as a Phoenix rising from its ashes and in effect so it has.
