This is the second part to a little piece/story I’m working on. I’m so incredibly thankful for the fabulous response to the first part and I just want to thank you all! You can see the first part above (the hyperlink) which is there because eventually my whole story will be up there and complete, and that makes me happy.
I’ve had this edited for a while now, but I’m not really fond of it and aksjflkjsad then I said, “Screw it, I’m uploading it,” even if I can’t place what’s wrong with it. /ugh the redundancy of ‘it’, es tut mir leid ;D

I had about given up on having any of these magnificent irises this year because I saw no buds, but seemingly overnight, I was greeted by their delightful scent when I opened my front door this morning. My ‘Indian chief’ iris also is blooming, as are some non-heritage Dutch irises, most purple, one yellow.

In Glacier National Park, in Montana there are a lot of amazing places. This was a smaller waterfall on the Trail of Cedars. I had seen many images of this fall and many looked the same because there was only one place to see the fall, from a boardwalk bridge that crosses this stream on a trail. Hard to shoot with a tripod because the bridge shakes all the time. If you can get 30 seconds without a flood of people coming by it would be ok.
So that's the image and the location. But its the people I wanted to tell you about because I am not sure I can ever look at this image without thinking about the unique interaction I had in this location. I happened to be wearing a Star Wars shirt this day. No biggie. But it was enough for me to apparently snare the attenuation of a unique dude. I am standing there shooting and I approached by a dude. Not odd, I thought he was going to talk about photography, but no. It was my shirt that provided the fodder for the discussion that ensued. He asked if I liked Star Wars. Sure, I am American. It was then that I looked up and saw this fella. He was wearing a long sleeved, thick wool button shirt that looked like a jet black Sergent Pepper kind of shirt. His shorts were black, with fringes, yeah, that's the only way I can describe it, fringes. His hair looked like a young Weird Al fro. And then, the most important part, he had what appeared to be a lightsaber hanging form his belt. So he must be a kid, right. No, he was about 29. It got stranger. He asked if I studied the ways of the force. Uhhhh. How does one respond to something like that. I said, I study the ways of the Canon, gesturing to my camera. His face was ashen. You could tell he was not kidding. He then looked up to the trees and said "I am a Jedi. I like to come here because I can feel the force flowing in the trees here." "Oh yeah?" I said. Then he could apprently feel my longing to be like him, he looked into my eyes and said "I can give you some good hyperlinks to places on the web that can help you understand the ways of the force." You could REALLY tell he was very serious. He then looked at my kids and said, "ah, the padawans." Ok, I did not want Sergent Pepper-Jedi-Weird-Al anywhere near my kids. My son spotted the lightsaber. Oh crap, here we go. "Is that real?" asked my 9 year old. "Ok, we have to get going now, it was nice meeting a Jedi, but we have to run." How could I possibly end this interaction any other way, even at the risk of offending his religion, I had to say "May the Force be with you." You would think I just gave him a present. He lit up and beamed back, "and to you."
It talked all kinds I guess. In hind sight I should have chatted more with him.

Question!!! HOW DO I MAKE HYPERLINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES!!!
When I was working on this photograph there were many times when I wanted to give up. The detail work on the dress and the falling peddles took a long time to complete. I think I made three different versions of this dress!
I feel pretty satisfied with the end results. I think this photo tested me on my abilities on how long I can work on one image. I enjoyed making the dress, its only when when I had to "go into detail' that I wanted to kill this photo lol.
I posted another version of this photograph on my fb page where there are no falling peddles. Anyways, if anyone can check that version out and compare it to this one please leave a comment ! I am generally curious on your thoughts !
Also, this model decided to "re-edit" this photograph herself. I generally feel hurt.

The Montevetro building completed in 2010 stands at a height of 67 metres and is currently the tallest commercial building in Dublin. It was sold to Google in January 2011 and subsequently renamed "Google Docks". In 2014, the Google Docks building was joined by an "iconic" curving three-pronged steel and transparent glass footbridge to Google's two office buildings across Barrow Street - Gordon House and Gasworks House. It has been named "Hyperlink".

Am I obsessive about Megaliths and Prehistoric History? Yes. History of the Prehistoric is still being written. We may yet be back there again, for now we still use the roads that they gave to us. They built in a landscape with more options. They knew how to travel by land, river and sea. They found the best ways along fertile valleys. When we advanced in metal working and fortifications and in town and city and industrial life where we did not erase their markers we still built our roads to them. Their mounds and orthostats stood tall and we used them as navigation elements on our journeys. In Brittany just before the new roads came along with the modernising of the industrial lifestyle and over land communication potential, just before the roads were struck into the ground there are great records of the huge stones structures. Artist sent to quaint Brittany for the sea air and the superb rural lifestyle made great records of the large roadside ancient monuments. Then the road builders came along and used these piles of stones for the roads. The once proud hills of picked river stones were cast under the foot of man, the hoof of horse and the wheel of cart all within the new road. The central huge stones were left as Dolmens and yet some of the largest are still there. Atop the Carnac Tumulus stands the Chapel of Mont Saint-Michel and a cart track runs up to the building and the noted cross set on top. Wikipedia states of the Saint-Michel tumulus “a mound of earth and stones 125 metres (410 ft) long, 50 metres (160 ft) wide and 10 metres (33 ft) high.[1] [Hyperlink here and below also. The site linked has a different measurement listed as of today 1. 11. 2023.]
1 of 4 is made of two of the four pictures. One picture is just itself and two are themselves and also parts of the panorama. The ways we make and maintain past the stones if difficult to fathom at times. The stones either side of the road are not alone there are other site where modern roads go between the stones and sometimes where the road goes over the centre of the ancient monument. Some are too big to drive a road through so roundabouts, rotaries, gyratories and also circuits with houses built just on the far side of the stone circle such contemporary roads are constructed around Prehistoric sites.

i am typing whatever comes into my head. right now. this was inspired by natalie kucken. i'm wondering if i finally did the coding right on that hyperlink. usually i have to go back to my pictures which i did it in and see.

Within this Edition, photographers will embrace their inner Grimm Brothers, Samhain and all things macabre to unleash their creativity to provoke an eerie, unnerving, surreal and beautiful fear upon us all. Please know, this challenge is not for the faint of heart. We want you to delve deep in raw emotion for these illustrations and by so doing, each photographer will reward us with incredibly artistic imagery we can all appreciate. For though this theme is dark, there is a beauty that strikes a cord which lures us to enjoy the talent of the artist and their mind.

The Pryce Body Language Challenge is BACK !!
For the month of August, this edition we will celebrate the beauty of the human body and expressive moods shared between "Companions" . Within each image the photographer will either set a mood, provoke an emotion or entice a provocative thought. This challenge is NOT about nudity/sex but sensuality, affection, compassion and connection. We will explore through illustration the raw emotions of these subjects and enjoy the story captured within each image. Each photographer may choose an image from the selected pool.
EVERYONE is welcomed to participate, as long as you are comfortable with expression imagery, pose manipulation, shadow and light exercises. Please read over the guidelines below, select your image and bring it to life. It's just that simple.

- Images recreated MUST resemble the RL inspiration photo as close as possible. The key to this challenge is "Cropping"! A tightly framed image that draws the attention to the action and couple within. Please see the Pinterest link for the image pool. - Nudity: Please refrain from selecting images that expose genitalia. Seen one pixel we've seen them all. What is desired, is a representation of what your image presents. A hint/enticement. Let us imagine what's to come. Lead us by the hand...don't slap us in the face with it. Again, please see the Pinterest link as the acceptable images referencing intimacy have been provided.

(i figured out how to do the hyperlink text thing. i am now giddily hyperlinking everything.)
a day of manly action, no no , not that kind, the cut timber - hammer nails kind , so no time for photoing, but at the top of our driveway on the strip occupied by some very persistent leafy planty thing, which I chop down twice a year and sure as a sure thing it grows back , so on this strip where it has no business to appear suddenly appeared one solitary flower, I never seen this flower before let alone along our driveway, so it was an easy PaD solution.

Every February, we rise – in countries across the world – to show our local communities and the world what one billion looks like and shine a light on the rampant impunity and injustice that survivors most often face. We rise through dance to express joy and community and celebrate the fact that we have not been defeated by this violence. We rise to show we are determined to create a new kind of consciousness – one where violence will be resisted until it is unthinkable."
This declaration has inspired survivors, as well as supporters to Rise and we invite YOU to take a stand TODAY, in the SL: One Billion Rising Campaign. Through the eye of your lens, we're encouraging you to capture the spirit of this cause either through the perspective of one suffering at the hands of or rising/overcoming the suffering to live again. We encourage you to visit the OBR website, as well as the curated Pinterest, linked below to inspire your image. We understand the sensitive nature of this Campaign and the impact these images may provoke. However, in perusing of the website, we're certain you'll be empowered by the images of celebration, the marches and most of all, the courage, love as well as staggering rally of humanity against injustice.
EVERYONE is welcomed to participate as the Second Life One Billion Rising is a 24 hour, Multi Sim Event featuring live music, Poetry, dancing, 2D and 3D Art exhibits. Please read over the guidelines below and RISE with us in ONE voice on Friday, February 14th!

Deadline Image Submission: Thursday, January 30th
- Photos must be NEW and to the Campaign themes:
Theme "Still I Rise": Images depicting the tragedy, emotional anguish, mental exhaustion, physical suffering and struggle against one's abuser.
Theme "I Rise": Images depicting the overcoming of one's abusers and vigorous strive to live again. The showing of rallying support for and received from a survivor.

- You may submit more than one image. Please note, best effort will be given to display as many images received in the OBR Curator Gallery by Karen Hitchinson (FB) Kess Crystal (InWorld) & Lawrence Pryce.
- You do not have to recreate any of the images within the Pinterest Gallery.
- The composition of the image is open, however you must follow the theme of the Campaign. Feel free to choose between black/white, monochrome, full color, fading/weathered, sepia and etc.
- Images are to be captured in human Adult avatar form only.
- Violence upon children or any depiction thereof is prohibited!
- Images may be cropped or full sized.

Introduction
Many people of faith in religious circles believe what the pastors and elders say, "All of God's words and work are inthe Bible . It would be impossible for any of God's words to appear outside of the Bible." Is there a biblical foundation for this claim, though? Did Lord Jesus say these words? In Revelation, it is prophesied many times, "He that has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches." The words of the Lord say it so clearly: When the Lord returns in the last days, He will speak again. In the matter of welcoming the coming of the Lord, if we don't depart from the Bible and seek what the Spirit says to the churches, will we be able to welcome the Lord?
