Las olas del mar son ondas que se propagan por la superficie entre dos medios materiales. En este caso se trata del límite entre la atmósfera y el océano. Cuando pasa una ola por aguas profundas (a una profundidad mayor a 1/20 de su longitud de onda), las moléculas de agua regresan casi al mismo sitio donde se encontraban. Se trata de un vaivén con una componente vertical, de arriba abajo, y otra longitudinal, la dirección de propagación de la onda.

Built as LN 2800 in 1974, this U-Boat has seen some miles with successor roads and time on short lines. It was acquired by the Huntsville & Madison County in 2015 and is seen here sitting in the HMCR's small yard near Downtown Huntsville.

Second, serenity comes from within. While the colors may be thought of as a peaceful blend of colors, the movement contained in the art work may indicate that the old saying still waters run deep is true.
