ICE4 is een type dat niet vaak te zien is langs de Rijn.
Als ledig materieel komt treinstel 9042 (met aan kop 812 042) als trein Lr19782 van Köln Nippes naar München Hbf langs Oberwesel. 15 september 2020
Due to Southern Pacific's varied locomotive roster, getting four of the same engine type on a train was pretty hard to do!
In April of 1986 I lucked out getting a quartet of SD45's on a Westbound train above Tunnel #1 on Tehachapi Pass.
The train also fit perfectly to include the caboose back at the rear of the train!
Three of them were unrebuilt SD45's with a single SD45R in the mix but they all look the same:}
The engine numbers were #9042, 9087, 7478 and SSW/Cotton Belt #8978.
