I bought several RADA cassettes at ebay with undeveloped color film inside. I tried to develop it as C-41 and got very faint negatives but my scanner got something.
As it is single perf 16mm film in RADA, I guess it was shot in Rollei-16.
It looks like USA in the seventies.
