I posted an image similar to this a few years ago. I still shoot it now and then. The telephoto lens comes in handy since this is surrounded by blackberry bushes. An update, I went to take another image of this and discovered this tree had fallen down before 1.08.26. Bummer.

I watched the Empire Builder go by twice a day for nearly 10 years. Often I was working when it passed by and I couldn't shoot it, but in October 1997 I took some time off to railfan with my Dad and we caught the Empire Builder running a little late that day.
AMTK 820 & 827 were built as P40DCs and later upgraded to P42 specs.
