Wenn man das 50-Seelen-Dorf Wilhelmsdorf (GM Maissau, HL) in nördlicher Richtung auf der Retzer Strasse, der B 35, nach Maissau verlässt, steht an einer Feldweggabelung diese etwa 3,5m hohe alte barocke Pestsäule aus Zogelsdorfer Kalksandstein. Sie ruht in 354m SH im Ried "Mitterfeld" auf einem quadartischen Grundfundament auf dem sich ein würfelförmiger Fussblock befindet. Am Fussblock eine sich nach obenhin verjüngende toskanische Säule mit einem Basalring unterhalb und einem Halsring oberhalb. Darunter ein kurzes Halsstück mit einem Zwischenring darunter. Auf der Säule ein gestufter Tabernakelsockel mit einer vorspringenden Kragenplatte die unterhalb ein s-förmiges Profil zeigt. Oberhalb ist sie zu den Tabernakelwänden leicht dachartig abgeschrägt. Auf der Kragenplatte ein quaderförmiger Volltabernakel der an allen vier Seiten etwas tiefere mit Hohlkehle gerahmte Rundbogenfelder mit Zwickel in den oberen Ecken hat. In den Flachnischen wunderschöne Halbreliefe. An der Vorderseite der Hl.Rochus mit Umhang, Gehstock, Hut der auf seine Pestwunde am linken Bein zeigt. In der linken Nische das Halbrelief des Pestheiligen Sebastian der an einen Baum gebunden ist und von Pfeilen durchbohrt ist, in der rechten Nische der Hl. Florian der nicht nur Schirmherr der Feuerwehr ist sondern auch noch ein Pestheiliger ist. An der Rückseite die Inschrift des Stifters: HANS GEORG LA MILNER GEBIRDIG ZU MAISAV HAT DISE STEINSAVLEN MACH LASSEN. 1611. Am Tabernakel eine baugleiche Dachplatte wie zuvor unterhalb die Kragenplatte. Auf der Dachplatte ein gestuftes Pyramidendach das oberhalb in das Steinkreuz, mit Ankerenden, übergeht. Zentral an Kreuz ein Relief des Corpus Christi mit einer Fahne mit den Initialien: INRI darüber. Überhalb noch eine Rose als Symbol der Auferstehung. Auf der Rückseite des Kreuzes das Christusmonogramm IHS mit einer Herz Jesu-Gravur mit den drei Kreuznägeln im Herz. Das eingravierte Datum von 1611 kann unmöglich stimmen, da damals toskanische Säulen wie auch die barocke Form des Tabernakel mit Rundbogenfeldern noch nicht eingeführt wurden - erst ab 1640. Die letzte Pestperiode wütete im Jahre 1586 - also vor 25 Jahren. Die nächstfolgende Pestperiode kam erst 1679.
