Quando nos sentimos entediados com a prática fotografica nada como mudar um pouco de estilo, se desafiar um pouco e buscar produzir algo diferente. Assim busquei produzir essas fotos still de uma geisha em resina com cerca de 8 cm de altura por 20cm de largura. Para tanto improvisei o fundo infinito e usei duas fontes de luz contínuas. No equipamento, minha Nikon D40 e a lente 50mm 1,8.
A WINGED BULL FOR SENNACHERIB PALACE: The manufacturer and transport of a colossal stone bull.
These panels show the story as a whole. The entire sequence contain 7 (or may be 8) separate scenes but many panels are now lost. They formed part of the decoration of Court VI in the South-West palace at Nineveh, carved about 700-692 BC. The panels are (from right to left, when you enter the room of Nineveh, at the British Museum):
1. Lost panel. 1a. At the quarry.
2. Leaving the quarry. 2a. Bringing equipment (panel now lost).
3. Royal inspection (King Sennacherib).
4. Approaching the river.
5. Approaching the palace.

Hero's Odyssey Fine Art Landscape & Nature Photography for Los Angeles Gallery Show !
Will be busy printing and framing in nice large, matted formats and frames and museum glass! Five of these photos will be printed on 40" x 60" floating wall mounted metal sheets! I think I know which--will share photos of the photos hanging on the walls!
And I am mounting some on plexiglass/acryllic--front mounting them! Some I am printing on lossy fuji-crystal archival paper too, and then front mounting 40"x60" versions to plexiglass--will send photos!
The secret to HDR photography is that you want people to say, "Woe dude--that's unreal!" And not, "Dude--that's not real!" "Unreal" is the word they use when they're trying to figure out the photo--what makes it cool--is it a photo? Is it painted? How'd it come to be--how'd you bend the light that way? "That's not real," is what they say if you have the saturation/HDR/ etc. turned up too high. :)
Some (almost) final edits for my Los Angeles Gallery Show! Here's how I do it:
Print: Fuji Crystal Lightjet Metallic front-mounted to 1/4" Acrylic.
Acrylic: 1/4" with regular polished edge
Backing: White aluminum 3mm
Hanging Mechanism: Silver aluminum float box
I'll be using the top-of-the-line, museum-quality gallery format consists of the highest-quality prints on Fujicolor Crystal Archival Paper, front-mounted to UV-resistant protective acrylic, backed by a solid aluminum sheet, and fastened to an aluminum silver frame "float box" for mounting on the wall.

Macro Photography
Was really trying to capture the rainbow effect of the light through the prisms but it proved a bit too difficult! I love my crystal, which hangs in the kitchen window and casts its lovely colours over the units and worktops.
It's supposed to be therapeutic and healing to sit in its light.
Protect the wrist joint during exercise, prevent sprains and abrasions, the product is thin and comfortable, and does not affect the wearer's movement.
