Die Steinbrücken der Vergangenheit waren häufig von verheerenden Hochwassern bedroht - und wurden mehr als einmal völlig zerstört.
Um die Brückenpfeiler zu verstärken und zu schützen,
wurden ihnen massive, spitz zulaufende steinerne Inseln vorgesetzt, die "Beschlächte", wie man in Regensburg sagt.
...exposures, all of them agapanthus, only one of them with a hoverfly and some of them b/w. Some tweaking of the layer transparency and messing with the blending in PS.
